Here you can find many edible wild plants. We protect them and use them often but we do not grow them.
There are fresh, delicious mints of different types, wild onion and Ramson, wild carrot, Spanish chervil and many others.
We also use plants, which many consider to be weeds, for example dandelion, chickweed, stinging nettle, milfoil and knotgrass. They are tasty, when used in the right way.
Finally, there are also mushrooms and puffballs, which we eat with pleasure when young and fresh.
As our guest, you are welcome to pick things for your own use.
There is, however, also hemlock, woodbine or honeysuckle and nightshade. So gather only plants, berries and mushrooms which you are completely sure that you know.
